We were privileged to spend time at Danny's parents cabin at Hume Lake, in the Sequoia National Park in eastern CA. Being in the mountains was so refreshing for us, and to be there with family is even better.

Naomi's cousins:  Isaac, Jacob & Rachel are Justin & Kim's children. Emily is Josh and Kelley's baby girl, whom we met for the first time in August.

Spending Time with the Freses

Another part of this past summer was spent with the Freses in central CA.

Naomi shown here with Jacob, Emily, Rachel and Isaac...her cousins. She trying to keep up with the older cousins, and she showed lots of love to her younger cousin, Emily (though we had to watch her as her kisses got a little aggressive at times.)

Naomi's Great-Grandmother Somerton gave her a book with buttons that made sounds. They both enjoyed this gift!
