We spent a lot of time at the beach these past months. I tried to join our church bead day so that I could get some help with the kids, as Isaiah just runs for the waves while Naomi sits and plays in the sand the whole time.

Each month brings fun developments in our kids lives. Isaiah is really interacting with us at 15 months. One funny thing he did during our snack time was open the pantry cupboard in the kitchen and pull out a Pringles can and hand it to me. :) Smart kid.  He even throws his empty bowl into the sink when he is done eating. He loves to watch and chase birds. Words: "ha" for hat, "bubble", signs "Thank you", "Daddy", "Done", "Daper" for daiper, "biii" for big, "Fooball" for football (even taps the TV armoire and says it b/c we watch Monday Night Football.)

Naomi is her hilarious self at 3 years 5 months old. She loves playing hide & seek and even has all the neighborhood girls playing with her. She is into looking fancy and wants to wear a skirt every day. She makes up words and then says, "This means...." and makes up a definition to go with it. :) She is constantly filling her purses up with tons of stuff and going on trips to school or to hike.  She likes to whisper in our ears, but gets too close and it tickles. New line, "No way Jose."

Just trying to figure the bike out on his own...

whoops!

                         Time for a haircut!

After long months of loving his curls, Isaiah's hair was beginning to look much more like a mullet than we prefered, so....Danny got the scissors out.

(This due is affectionately known as, "Business in the front, party in the back," by Danny's sister, Natalie. :)  It had to go.

When we don't hear Nomi, she is normally coloring or writing with her sparkly pens.

Nomi just needed a nice little trim.

                                                     Baseball

Laurie's parents (Grandpa & Grandpa Canright) came to visit us. We got to go see the San Diego Padres play at Petco Park.

Isaiah is focused on the game.

As we left the Baseball park, we saw a 'fountain park'. Isaiah went right into it to check it out, all alone.  He loved it and got totally wet, which was hilarious. He drew quite a crowd who were all laughing at him. This was a site we will never forget!
