May Grays & Two Birthdays!

 

In May, the mornings in San Diego are a bit gray, but it is never very gloomy in our household with our 2 cheerful kids. We celebrated Laurie's and Isaiah's birthdays this month and we praise God for another great month.

May 13th---Happy 26th Birthday, Laurie!!!  

Fun at the Beach in the afternoon of Mom's birthday...

The kids had fun. We feel spoiled being just a 10 min. drive from a wonderful beach with a huge free parking lot. Isaiah was playing in the sand more than eating it, so we hope to keep getting better. He was not shy to want to get in the water, though Naomi could play in the sand all day.

Dinner cruise for Laurie's Birthday.  (A great surprise!) We enjoyed a relaxing dinner and a wonderful sunset over the San Diego city skyline...pretty romantic if you ask me!

For Mother's Day, we enjoyed an evening at a local park. We played and had a wonderfully relaxing picnic dinner in the crisp air of SD.

Naomi was a little apprehensive about going down this slide with a harsh vertical drop.

Isaiah's hair got a little crazy in the wind as we were eating dinner.
